Yoga Classes
Our invigorating yoga classes are designed to help you find balance, strength, and inner peace. Led by experienced instructors, youʼll flow through poses that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Whether youʼre a beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes offer something for everyone.
Yoga Workshops
We are very excited to have Jasmine Nash from Jedi fight club joining us for a one off workshop and class on 24th August. This workshop is a great chance to come and ask questions about your practice and pick up tips / “homework” to help progress your practice. More details to follow shortly.
Sound bath Meditation
We were lucky enough to get Cheryl Farthing to run a meditation for us earlier this year. The workshop was so well received that we have another planned for September 29th.
